PERSONAL BACKGROUND AND ATTRIBUTES
I am a hardworking and open-minded person. I experienced deep poverty and a lot of
hardship in my earlier years therefore, I use those experiences to have empathy for others and
to generate hope and confidence for a brighter future. I love learning new things, meeting
new challenges and helping others to achieve their inborn abilities.
VISION
As a teacher, I want the best for my students by helping them reach their full potential and
lead them to the right road. I want them to understand that they learn through mistakes and
gentle correction, I will also come prepared to class and have a clear concise lesson plan each
day. I will spark their minds with a fun and exciting learning environment so that they come
to class with a smile on their faces. I want them to understand that a teacher is a human being
like them not a beast. Finally, I will treat them equally with respect.
