1.0 Business Summary
     1.1 Company Name
     Sweet       Lemon     was     established   last
     September 13, 2019. The company name is
     easy to spell, remember and find for our
     valuable customers. The product of the
     company focuses on how to produce bakery-fresh and lip-smacking lemon
     desserts.
     1.2 Mission and Vision Statement
     Sweet Lemon Mission Statement
         To provide a one-of-a-kind dessert that will increase customer
             satisfaction and loyalty.
         To offer reasonably price yet high quality food, clean environment
             and approachable and friendly employees.
     Sweet Lemon Vision Statement
         To become the most profitable shop and the reference for best
             desserts around the country.
2.0 Product
      2.1 Product Name
      Lemon Lemonies is the product name of this marketing plan. Since this
      desserts main ingredient is Lemon, and the texture of this dessert is
      somehow similar to brownies, we came up to a product name of Lemon
      Lemonies.
      2.2 Product Description
      A perfect combination for White Chocolate and Lemon Lovers! The bars
      themselves are not super lemony thanks to melted white chocolate. The
      boldly tart yet-sweet element, combined with the thick, dense, chewy
      texture makes the lemonies richly satisfying.

   Equipment                                    Use
Bowl or Mixing       Commonly used for mixing small quantities or beating
Bowls                eggs. Larger bowls are most often used to prepare
                     medium amounts of sauces or for mixing dried ingredients.
Spatula              Used for lifting, flipping, or spreading. But in our product
                     we use spatula for spreading.
Whisk                We used it to blend ingredients smooth or to incorporate
                     air into a mixture.
Strainer             We used it to separate and break up clumps in dry
                     ingredients such as flour, as well as to combine them.
Pan                  It is a metal pan used in an oven in terms of baking
Toothpick            We stick a toothpick into the center of our lemon lemonies
                     for us to check and to test if it is well baked and done
                     already.
Foil                 It is used to cover baking surfaces and to wrap our lemon
                     lemonies.
Grater               We used it to slice, grinds, and cuts food into shapes,
                     such as strips or bits, so the ingredient can be evenly
                     dispersed into the food being prepared.
         Machinery                                    Use
Mixer                         We used it to mix the ingredients especially the
                              eggs and the all-purpose flour.
   2.5 Procedures
   1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8-by-8 inch baking pan with aluminum
   foil, spray with cooking spray; set aside.
   2. Bars- In a large microwave- safe bowl add the white chocolate , butter
   and heat to melt, about 2 minutes on high power. Stop to check and stir
   after 1 minute, and then heat in 20 seconds burst, until mixture can be
      stirred smooth. White chocolate is very prone to scorching and seizing up,
      so watch it carefully and don't over heat.
      3. Wait momentarily before adding the eggs so you don't scramble them.
      Add the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and whisk until combined.
      4. Add the flour, optional salt, and stir until just combined; don't overmix.
      5. Turn batter out into prepared pan, smoothing the top lightly with a
      spatula.
      6. Bake for about 27 to 28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the
      center comes out mostly clean, or with a few moist crumbs, but no batter;
      set aside and make the glaze.
      7. Glaze- ln a medium bowl, add 2 cups confectioner's sugar, 1/3 cup
      lemon juice, and whisk until smooth. As necessary add additional lemon
      juice (or sugar ) to reach desired glaze consistency. I used slightly over
      1/3 cup lemon juice. Glaze should be fairly thin and easily pourable.
      8. Pour glaze and sprinkle lemon zest; cod the bars atleast 2-3 hours.

      3.1 Pricing Strategy
      Sweet Lemon products are priced with the competition in mind. It offers
      the superior quality homemade products for their customers, at affordable
      price. The business is not concerned with setting high prices to signal
      luxury or prestige, nor is attempting to achieve the goals of offsetting low
      prices by selling high quantities of goods. Instead value pricing is
      practiced so that customers feel comfortable purchasing luscious
      homemade products. The pricing strategy also makes Sweet Lemon
      products good gifts for birthdays, graduations, or just simple cravings. The
      customized lemon lemonies will sell for more than the regular Sweet
      Lemon goods because of some added ingredients. The lemon lemonies
      will ensurely be price competitively, offering a good value against it
      competition.
4.0 Place
      4.1 Place
      The Sweet lemon Production area is located at #17 Sta. Rosa St.
      Commonwealth, Quezon City. This is surrounded by schools and other
      establishments where the product will become popular especially to the

      4.2 Distribution Channel
      The Sweet Lemon owns a specialized sales team to prospect and close
      deals directly with customers. Prefer to buy online, the entrepreneurs
      create a Facebook page and other social media for fulfilment system and
      sell direct. Also sell to another online retailer or distributor that can offer
      our product on our own sites.
      Wholesalers, resellers, retailers, consultants and agents already have
      resources and relationships to quickly bring our product to market. If this is
      selling through these groups instead of selling direct, treat the entire
      channel as a group of customers and they are, since they’re buying our
      product and reselling it. Understand that their needs is to deliver strong
      marketing programs that maximize everyone’s revenue in the process.
