J.D. Food is well- established through the hard work, patience and determination of
Ms. Janica Reyes, she want to share to the market of her success in life just to offer her
creative product which is the “ Lemon- oregano Jam” that will help to the customer if they
buy. They have gained a good brand reputation and now wish to invest in a product line of
jams. The brand loyalty will help us to sell to our existing customers who have
experienced our products. At first, we will launch a flavor, lemon- oregano. Jam is a solid
gel made from fruit pulp, juice of a single fruit or combination of fruits.We all know that
here in the Philippines has many kind of jam that the markets offers that is usually taste it,
but our product which is the “ Lemon- Oregano Jam”.
These products are applied to some snacks or bread. They are also used in
making certain desserts. It is a jam that gives benefit because one of the ingredients is
“ oregano”, it is rich in antioxidants that help fight damage from harmful free radicals in
the body. We come up to this product that has a flavour lemon and oregano to make it
jam because instead of taking generic medicine when you have cough , this jam could be
applied as fillings in a bread as well as it is 100% natural herbal. As far as we know some
consumer did not taking oregano syrup especially children just because it has a pungent
taste but to get rid some strong smells we combine lemon syrup that gives sour taste to
enhance the immunity levels and to protect you against cold and cough. We aim to target
the population of 10 to 40 year old people. Jams are sweet product and hence people
after 40 may be concerned about their blood sugar levels. We will educate the literate
population about the health benefits of our products. We make sure that all of our
ingredients is fresh and available. We will try to innovate in terms of the product itself, the
packaging and also low prices that will put the competitors under pressure.

A. Online
Online marketing, which is also called internet marketing or online
advertising, is any tool, strategy or method of getting the company name
out to the public. A large number of potential customers browse the
internet, look for information or simply enjoy their favourite pastimes with
an internet connection. By taking advantage of the online tools and
resources, it is possible to get the company name out to the public and
encourage potential customers to look further for information.
B. Advertising
Advertising helps to inform the target audience about the product.
Providing information is closely related to creating awareness of the
product. Potential customers must know about a product, such as
product features and uses. It can be promoted through television, print
media and etc.
C. Directing Marketing
We use various ways to do direct marketing like TV commercial,
catalogue, magazine, kiosk and newspaper. Nowadays, everyone like to
see TV channels, we can show or tell about the product through TV
channels. Then, we can make a catalogue about our product and which
will be given to our customer inside the newspaper. We can provide our
catalogue to customer in front of shopping malls, fast food, and
restaurant so that they can purchase not immediately but at least they
have information so that they can buy.

funding from third parties.
Lastly, Find a partner, to help me to finance my business, for example, I have
a friend or a family member with the capital and I have the business knowledge,
perhaps I should consider bringing a partner into the equation. Also, we
combined the skills and knowledge that we have for creating diversity and great
potential for achievement.
Starting a new business with one or more partners not only increases your initial
capital, it increases the company's overall borrowing power. Having a business
partner essentially means that you have additional monetary contributions,
increased funding and more loan opportunities. About the only financial aspect of
business partnership that decreases is your personal fiscal responsibility.
ORGANIZATION
Managing a business is not so easy because it is a task that requires a
person to not only have a great deal of knowledge about their specific industry but
knowledge of general business practices and people skills as well. Being the
successful leader of a company requires a very large amount of commitment to the
organization itself as well as the employees.
Hiring the right employee is challenging process. Because hiring the
wrong employee is expensive, costly to your work environment, and time-
consuming. Also, when hiring an employee we must review their credentials to easily
screen their qualifications, skills and experience for not wasting of time to identify
what position they suitable for the vacant positions.
Once your business is established and running well, you may be inclined
to let things continue to run as they are. However, it’s actually time to plan again.
After the crucial early stages, you should regularly review your progress, identify how
you can make the most of the market position you’ve established and decide where
to take your business next. You will need to re-visit and update your business plan
with your new strategy in mind and make sure you introduce the developments
you’ve noted.
More importantly is manage the cash flow, to determine the finances of the
business and we must keep track of the money that’s coming in and going out.
ACTION PLAN
As J.D. Foods is not really known company but has a good reputation in the
market, so we have to be very careful to promote the product and hence we have some
plan to promote our product like:
Newspaper advertisement will be held for the first 6 month until the image is built.
We will adopt a school competition program by which we will provide some gifts to
the winners but our main objective is to highlight the product. This will be a
promotional strategy to encourage business.
For TV ads we will show 30 or 40 seconds add, which will help to know our
customer about the new brand.
For getting attention from the customer we will place some billboards in some
important area like traffic congested area, from that area we must get customer
response.
We hire some people, who stand in front in chain store for giving the sticker to
directly customers for the few months ‘till customer learn about the brand.
