    EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
                           	   The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), pursuant to the amendment of R.A. 6975,
                           is mandated to exercise administrative control and operational supervision over the Philippine
                           National Police (PNP).
                           	   For 2013, the Commission recorded the following significant accomplishments under the
