ILLUMINATION SYSTEM

a) Lighting in areas such as control room, office rooms and battery Room shall be such
that the average LUX level to be maintained shall be as under:

2 SCADA ROOM 300 Lux
3 BATTERY ROOM 200 Lux
4 Pantry 100 Lux
5 Toilet 50 Lux

b) The lighting level shall take into account appropriate light output ratio of luminaries,
coefficient of utilization maintenance factor (of 0.7) to take into account deterioration
with time and dust deposition.

c) LED luminaries, tubular poles (6mtr height)

d) Mounting height of luminaries not more than 5 Mtr.

e) The power factor of the luminaire shall not be less than 0.9.
