        Resort is special spot with a delightful environment and atmosphere conductive to
enjoyment, healthful, relaxation and peace, offering food, sleeping accommodation and
recreational facilities to the public for a gratuity they will satisfaction their selves by
going in this certain place . Resort has the ability to make people different places
become one . It has a big collision to these people who have strong affection to go
outings, hangouts, family gathering and those different types of celebration you would
like.
   There are lots of Resort has been existing for years in the Philippines and Kansanto
Spring is included in it lots of businessmen will go to this kind of trade, for the reason
gaining profit is not that difficult unless it is being mismanage. Once your business will
boost, it will help grow the fruit of community and the town itself turn into popular one.
Many tourist will acknowledge your establishment and will be appreciated. And by that,
Your resort has the possibility to a popular spot in the future.
Kansanto Spring is also popular to its town. It has natural beauty and the best part of
this establishment, The people behind the resort are very accommodating and
approachable which is the most important thing a resort can have. They give exact
maintenance of the nature which is the main sight to the resort. They offers different
types of accommodation, great amenities and services with suitable price. This said
very accession for parties, family bonding, group of friend outing and etc. And we
choose this resort for it has the capability to be known in Tourism Industry.
                                 CHAPTER 1
                               SITE ANALYSIS
A. Site Background
       Kansanto Spring Resort currently exist in Badian, Cebu. Kansanto offers
  different type of lodging accommodation like rooms including those cottages,
  Tables and chairs, Karaoke Bar, Fish Ponds, Prayer Area, Receptionist,
  Concierge. The Resort premises is generally smoke and liquor free. You can go
  to the site by simply riding a Bus going to Badian, Cebu.
      Concerning about the entrance fee, they offer it in affordable way cost of 40
  pesos for both adult and kids however, excluding the cottage fee it has a higher
  price which varies according to the size of the cottage
B. Site Adminiration
    Kansanto Spring is popular in Municipality of Badian. The spring is located
    150.22 kilometers from the South of Cebu City and It is currently being
    managed by the owner Mr. Edsel who privately owned it.
C. Forms of Tourism
As the researcher’s seek information in the site, they have come up 3 different types
of Tourism
           Family Tourism
                 The facility of this resort has the ability to accommodate family.
           Leisure Tourism
                 Perfect place to have quality time with friends and family and a
                 place that fits for stress relieving.
           Eco Tourism
                 The Resort has a natural environment.

Weakness
Lack of Safety and Security- In order to avoid accident and other serious
problem, we are going to install some CCTV cameras and street lights in every
area of the spring including outside the spring and hire some personnel for the
security purposes. We also decided to put caution signs and railings near the
spring.
Lack of recreational activities- We decided to add more activities like
waterslides, mini bar, garden, and playground.
Lack of paint (no colors: walls and cottages)- Buy a bucket of paints to use
for painting the walls and cottages.
Rocky and muddy road- Fix the road and make it concrete.
Competitors- Lambog Beach, Manang Virgie’s Beach, and other beach resort,
and kawasan falls.

             More than half of the respondents are visitors with ranging from 21-30 years
             old, dominated the chart with 64%. Which means Kansanto Spring is mostly
             visited by young adults who seek relaxation, fun and quality time with family.
             The tourists aging 41-65 years old receives the lowest number of percentage
             on the survey. This indicates that the site is not marketable for the old people.

     Due to their proximity to the Kansanto Spring, majority of the respondents are
     living within the town with (51%), followed by those living outside the province
     with (33%), and from within the province is (14%), and lastly from outside of
     the country with (0%).
     Therefore, the researchers conclude that the Kansato Spring is being visited
     by those who are from within the town.

Majority of the respondents answered “Agree”, on the first question which
implies the idea that they find the site’s resources has unique aesthetic
features.
On the second question, most of the respondents also answered “Agree”,
which implies that they find the resources of the site are in good condition and
with no signs of damages.
On the last question, majority of the respondents also answered “Agree”,
which also implies that they find the resources in the site has a potential to
achieve tourism breakthroughs.

that the existing activities in the site are enjoyable and pleasurable.
On the second question, most of the respondents answered “Agree”, which
implies that they find the site’s activities does not create any environmental
disturbances.
On the last question, majority of the respondents answered “Agree”, which
implies that adding fresh and new activities in the site is possible and
attainable.

Most of the respondents answered “Agree”, for question no. 1 which implies
that they find the site’s facilities are in good condition but the number of
respondents for “Strongly Disagree”, is 0 and the “Disagree”, is 3 a total of 3
respondents which also implies that the facilities in the site are still not
developed but most likely in good condition.
On the second question majority of the respondents answered “Agree”, which
implies that adding fresh and new facilities in the site is possible, attainable
and put into realization.

Almost all of the respondents answered “None”, letter E which implies the
idea that the respondents find that there is no guide signs for visitors.
But as for facilities C, E, F, H and I majority of the respondents answered
“Always”, which implies the idea that they find these facilities unavailable and
not in good condition.
Also, as for facilities A, B, G, most of the respondents answered “Always”,
which implies the idea of being satisfied with the site’s Cottages/Rooms,
Comfort rooms and Water Supply.

     Most of the respondents find the roads are all not paved , which implies that
     the roads in the site need to be developed for better accessibility. Roads that
     are not paved, which results to disappointed and unsatisfied visitors. The
     roads towards the site are not paved due to the lack of efforts and lack of
     local government’s support towards the development of the site.

     Majority of the respondents are living from outside the province with (56%),
     followed by those living within the town with (35%), and from outside of the
     country is (0%), and lastly within the province with (9%).
     Therefore, the researchers conclude that the Kansanto Spring is being visited
     by those who are from the outside the province .

     The chart above shows the highest percentage in terms of “Whole day”,
     which means that the most of the respondents prefer to stay in the site good
     for whole day.
     The second highest percentage in terms of “half day”, this is because the site
     is lack of safety and security measures are also one of the factors which can
     lead the visitors not to stay longer or more than a day.

     There is an increase of visitors on the months between April-June in which
     the majority of the respondents prefer these months. This is because Kansato
     Spring is perfect spending summer vacation, a peaceful place to relax and
     unwind.
     But, as of the months of July-September and October-December there are
     less percentage of visits due to the bad weather conditions.
