Subject : Prayer for Transfer on Ground of Parental and Spouse Health.

Sir, With due respect, I, Samrat Mondal, WBCS(Exe) of 2006 batch, posted as Deputy Project
Director, DRDC, Alipurduar, hereby pray for my transfer posting near Purba Bardhaman, which is
my home district, on ground of health of my parents and my pregnant wife. I joined Alipurduar
district on 18.08.2017.

I hereby enclose the doctors’ prescriptions, discharge certificate of my father Sukumar Mondal,
aged 75, suffering from neuro-orthopedic problems, and mother Kalpana Mondal, aged 65,
suffering from neurological problems, respectively, needing daily personal care.

I, therefore, solicit your kind intervention in this matter.
