- EP Manager has the scan of visa from EP as the risk management
for EP if they lose their visa during the trip
Arrival Pick-up
- EP Manager ensure HE give info about arrival pick-up for EP
- Provide clear direction after EP arrive in hosting country
Departure Support
- EP Manager maintain communication with the EP (get the update
from EP) to ensure EP doesnt,t find any difficulties in departure
- EP Manager ensure EP get the written format information from HE
on how to depart from hosting country two weeks before the end
of the internship
JOB Job Description, Working Hour, and
Duration
EP Manager maintain communication with the EP to ensure their
JD, working hour, and duration of internship are same as stated in
the TN form
First Day of Work
EP Manager Ensure a representative of AIESEC accompanies EP to
the place of work on the first day of internship and get the
introduction about their internship
Individual Goals
EP Manager maintain communication with the EP to ensure they
get the annual review for their individual goals and expectation
(ensure their personal development plan sheet are reviewed by the
hosting entity)
LIVING Insurance
EP Manager have to ensure that the EP is covered by travel insurance
Accomodation
EP Manager maintain communication with the EP to ensure the
accomodation that the EP get is as the same as stated before
Basic Living Cost
EP Manager and HE gives idea and prediction to the EP about the
basic living cost the EP have to prepare
EXP & Aiesec Purpose
LEARNING EP have clear idea about the values that this experience can give
through induction process.
