1. Tell me about yourself.
My name is muhammad muhaiminan im a freshgraduate from Diponegoro University in associate’s
degree Naval Architecture with GPA 3.41 from 4.00 scale. My organization experience when i college
is become an economic and business departement staff HIMATEKPAL and in the following period
become a secretary of economic and business departement HIMATEKPAL. My internship experience
when i college is become junior assistance of head of outfitting and piping departement at PT.
JANATA MARINA INDAH SHIPYARD for 2 months and become staff in division project for 1 month at
PT. PERTAMINA HULU ENERGI WEST MADURA OFFSHORE.
Now I am working at PT. GAMATARA TransOCean Shipyard become a Quality Control. I like a new
challenge and to be responsible for the work that I hold.
2. What are your strengths?
Able to read technical drawing, capable for use AutoCAD, have a good communication, have a
leadership character, discipline and responsible
3. What are your weaknesses?.
Bad personal financial management, too focused on one piece of work so that other jobs are not
handled properly but i tried to overcome it with a priority scale.
4. What are your short term goals?
My short term goals is understanding and adding experience in the power plant industry
5. What are your long term goals?
My long term goals is after improving my abilities, i want to work well to have positive impact on this
company
6. What do you want to be doing five years from now?
I hope that with my presence in the next 5 years the company will become more advanced and i will
be given the trust to hold more positions and responsibilities
7. Do you work well under pressure?
Yes i am sure I can work well at under pressure as in my work right now are required to always finish
the project on time and good quality

I like a risk taker because avoiding risk is ignoring my best potential

Because i have a good personality, good time management and i have experience related to this

im a freshgraduate, i have internship experience such as, to be a assistance head of outfitting and
piping departement at PT JANATA MARINA INDAH SHIPYARD with a project 4 new building ship “Tol
Laut” and i have internship experience at PT PERTAMINA HULU ENERGI WEST MADURA OFFSHORE as
a staff project division with a project procurement of navigation buoys as a safety boat passing.and
now I work at PT GAMATARA TRANSOCEAN SHIPYARD as a Quality Control.
2. Tell me about your last position?
My last position is a Quality Control Inspector, my responsibility is inspect, test, and sample materials
or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specification, identify defects, looking
for the cause and provide solutions to be repaired, make a daily report about the work being done.
When I become as Quality Control Inspector my project is repaired a Tugboat and Barge.
3. Why do you want to leave your current job?
Because I am looking for a new challenge and I want to get a more decent salary

honestly I also feel comfortable with my current job because it matches my background but I am
looking for opportunities to work outside from my background and I am looking for new challenge

What i heard with this company is PT JURONG ENGNEERING LESTARI is a wholly owned subsidiary of
the leading engineering and construction company, jurong engineering limited wich based in
singapore. Incorporated in 1995, PT. JEL its first project the paiton power plant phase I unit 7 and 8 in
its first year of inception
2. What do you know about our services?
Mechanical equipment instalation work, process piping fabrication and errection work, electrical &
intrumentation installation work,, steel structure fabrication and erection work, civil and building
work.
