1. Customer will have to make a transaction within 30 days of card issuance to be eligible for the offer
2. Cancelled, refunded or cash transactions will not be considered as a valid transaction for earning
this benefit
3. Flipkart Gift Vouchers will be sent to the registered mobile number/email ID within 30 days of the
first transaction on the credit card
4. To use the voucher, customer will have to add it to their Flipkart wallet
5. Customers who do not have a Flipkart account will have to create a new Flipkart account and add
the voucher to their wallet for redemption
Detailed Terms and Condition for the Flipkart Vouchers are as below:
The Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online against Sellers listed on www.flipkart.com or
Flipkart Mobile App or Flipkart m-site ("Platform") only.
Gift vouchers have to be added to wallet and redeemed against wallet balance
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Flipkart Gift Vouchers or Flipkart First
subscriptions.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by Credit
Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the
balance amount.
If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Voucher, the outstanding balance (after
deduction of order value) will reflect under wallet balance and can be used for subsequent
transactions.
Gift Vouchers will expire after 12 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused
balance shall be forfeited thereafter.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Vouchers. Axis bank is not
responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without
permission.
Once the Gift Card has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the Gift Card PIN or Gift
Card number as confidential. In the event of any misuse of Gift Card due to loss of any such
confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Axis Bank shall not be responsible for the
same and no refund can be issued.
Axis Bank assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Vouchers and
any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
Validity of Gift Vouchers cannot be extended; new Gift Vouchers cannot be provided against
the expired/unused Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded or resold.
Axis Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness,
quality, make and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services against
which the Gift Voucher are utilized/redeemed.
All communication / notices with regard to the said claims attributable to Flipkart should be
addressed to Flipkart Internet Private Limited, Tower 5C, Embassy Tech Village Rd, Bengaluru,
Karnataka -560103
Axis Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Axis Bank Card user from the benefits of the offer
if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the
benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Axis Bank services.
Axis Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the
goods and services against which the Gift Voucher are utilized/redeemed.
The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the usage of Gift Voucher shall not constitute any
claim against Axis Bank and shall be addressed directly by Flipkart. In the event of any customer
claims arising due to any acts and omission on the part of Axis Bank or claims or fraud related
to the Axis Bank Card shall be addressed by Axis Bank.
Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may
arise due to use of or otherwise from the benefits availed by the Customer under this offer.
The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such
offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
Axis Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer
without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Axis Bank also
reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior
intimation whatsoever after the offer period.
Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services availed against the redemption of the
gift voucher under the offer shall be resolved by the Customers with the third party Vendor
directly without any reference the same to Axis Bank and shall not constitute any claim against
Axis Bank.
The Terms and Conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/
derogation to the terms and conditions governing the usage of the Credit Card offered by Axis
Bank.
Flipkart may impose additional terms and conditions for the usage of gift voucher and such
terms and conditions, available on http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher shall be in
addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Offer by Axis Bank. Any other terms & conditions
prescribed by “Flipkart” shall be applicable, separately.
