Repair/Rehabilitation for KPC Desalter V-105 at AG Facility.

 Mobilization and transportation for the materials, equipment, tools and


consumables from New Aqua workshop to AG Facility.
 Supply, fabrication including (marking, cutting, chamfering, and rolling) assembly
and welding of the new insert patch plates for replacing the two existing holed
areas in plate No.1 (1,500X1,000mm) and in plate No.2 (700X700mm); [New insert
patch plates Mat: 516 Gr. 70, Thickness 10mm].
 UT inspection for the new insert patch plates after rolling process and submit
lamination UT report.
 Repair the internal corroded area (pitting) of the shell by grinding/welding build-
up/overlaying welding.
1  Repair/filling the circumferential welds of the shell (Between plate 2 and 3) by 50,000
grinding/welding build-up/overlaying welding.
 Supply, fabrication (including marking, fit-up, cutting and chamfering) assembly
and welding of the new two drain nozzles for replacing the existing two nozzles
(N5&N6) [New Nozzles; Seamless pipe 4inch Mat: A106 Gr. B, Schedule 80, WN
Flange Mat: A105 Class 150/300].
 Fixed/Welding the internal sacrificial anodes legs (Sacrificial Anodes Legs will be
supply by client).
 UT/MT/PT testing after new welds and repair process.
 Hydro-test (112.5 PSI 8 bar) as per ASME VIII Div.01 for the Desalter, requirements
and qualified procedure and conduct the leak test for all welds during Hydro-test.
 Demobilization and transportation of equipment, tools and consumables from AG
Facility to New Aqua workshop.

- Payment:
 35% (17,500 EGP) Down Payment with PO.
 65% (32,500 EGP) After Job completed and as per Veri-tech agreement with client (back to back).
- PO Not including:
 Third Party fees (If needed).
 Radiographic Testing (RT).
 Full accommodation (Transportation & domestic transportation, accommodation, and meals) for
New Aqua crew during the project.
 QC Engineer on site.
- Required Documentation to be submitted:
 All quality documents.
 All materials certificates.
 All equipment certificates and calibrations.
- Project Work Schedule:
 5 Days from the second day of receiving PO, receiving the permits desert and mobilizations.
