This document summarizes a case study on strategic information systems planning at PT Indonesian Clearing and Guarantee Corporation. The study aimed to align the company's business strategy with its information systems/technology strategy to support its goal of becoming a cross-border clearing counterparty. The researcher conducted interviews, document reviews and observations. An analysis of the company's current state found misalignments between its IT strategy and business goals. The researcher then applied Ward and Peppard's methodology to develop a new long-term IS/IT roadmap and strategy using techniques like SWOT analysis, value chain analysis, PESTEL analysis and McFarlan grid prioritization to guide the company's systems development and better achieve its strategic objectives.
