Quality of Products

1. Performance (efficiency)

( ) 4 – Has a high quality in the output of the product with zero defect.
( ) 3 – There is a good quality output of the product with one or two defects.
( ) 2 – Poor quality of the product which needs an improvement in the output
( ) 1 – Product needs to change or returned

2. Reliability (dependability)

( ) 4 – Product is highly reliable on its intended purpose. Always on top of its reliability.
( ) 3 – Product is good and reliable. And has failed to work at once on its reliability.
( ) 2 – Poor reliability output. Had happened of failure to work twice/thrice on its reliability.
( ) 1 – Needs a change of product brand type.

3. Conformance ( according to specs)

(NA) 4 – Product type quality strictly complies with its specifications.


( ) 3 – There conformance to the specifications of the product.
( ) 2 – Isolated product not compliance to specs found not stated
( ) 1 – There is a high number found on non conformances of the product

4. Durability (lasting)
( ) 4 – The product is excellently durable and can be used on its extended life span
( ) 3 – Product durability is good
( ) 2 – Life span of the product use is poor
( ) 1 – The product easily gets worn out or spoiled

5. Features (Characteristics)
( ) 4 – The characteristics of the product is excellent
( ) 3 – The characteristic of the product is good.
( ) 2 – Deprived characteristics.
( ) 1 – Quality not acceptable.
