Proposal on how should be the anniversary event

Introduction

The aim of this proposal is to give recommendations on how should be hold this special event and
how to be organized.

Description of the event

There are different options to celebrate these 20 years, but I think the best would be combining
fun activities that help to relate all work colleagues, delicious catering and excellent
entertainment. The event would take place in a fifth during the afternoon.

Facilities offered

This event will include a range of challenges to suit every ability and skill promoting teamwork, a
little healthy competition and most importantly a laugh a minute. There will be sweet food and a
cake to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Will be music playing all the event and for those ones who
don’t want to do the activities it will be a great chance to enjoy a dance.

Conclusion

In this way, the event is sure to please all the people of work and build great memories for years
to come.
