1. Provision the new VC-12, VC-3, VC-4 & Ethernet Trails (EOS) on Layer 1&2 between two End points on ECI,
TEJAS , NSN ADR ,ACATEL , Huawei Legacy.
2. Troubleshooting on Ciena , Alcatel & Huawei (metro core & 40G)
3. Troubleshooting on Router & Switch (Cisco & Juniper)
4. Make Bharti Airtel media errors free with the help of various NMS.
5. Router & Switches:- Having knowledge on different routing protocol RIP,EIGRP and OSPF & switching
protocol VTP,STP ,DTP,& IVRP on switches
6. Able to find the actual fault in Bharti Airtel media and at customer end.
7. Isolate the Fault in transmission media and Trouble shoot the problem.
8. Optical & Electrical level testing,port mapping & changing, end to end path tracing rerouting while testing.
9. To analyze & FLT on Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions & timely update to customer.
10. Extensively check the issue for leased line and enterprises services and isolate the fault with in SLA.
11. Responsibility to provide the ETE resolution to all type of corporate leased Circuits of different capacity (
E.g E1 ,DS3, STM1….STM 64, ODU0,ODU1,ODU2,ODU3,ODU4 ).
12. Troubleshooting last mile copper, fiber, and RF media related issue with support of field team.
13. Check for any configuration related issue at provider edge Switches and Router .
14. Handling of trouble ticket opened for all types of affected services (e.g. MPLS L2/L3 VPN )
15. Operating within the Bharti Airtel Ltd NOC in real time operations function, Centralize faults management.
Specifically, leased line faults received from national and international Enterprises customers to the
relevant queue for action and to ensure tickets are being managed in accordance within SLA.
