Abacus Tutor Training
1. Starters 1st Level

o Abacus mental arithmetic concept based on Starters
syllabus – Addition and Subtraction.
o Basic procedures to be followed for sitting posture,
pencil and abacus holding, abacus placement on the
table and book, clearing abacus and fingers usage for
computation to be followed
o Students assessments and evaluation methods
o Guidelines for counseling parents and students
o Guidelines for preparing children for competitions and
International Grading examinations.

Abacus Tutor Agreement
1. Abacus Tutor Agreement: An agreement has to be entered by the company, and Abacus Tutor and
Franchisee in a stamp paper of requisite value. 2 originals of the Agreement are to be prepared and
each one of the above will get one Original Agreement (Franchisee will get copy of the same). The
Agreement is valid for a period of 3 years at the end of which it will be due for renewal.
2. Training for Abacus Tutor: Company will Train the Abacus Tutor Designates for all the Eight Levels.
The First Level Training will be for 3 days and the subsequent level training will be given at our office at
Chennai, after they are exposed to class room teaching for children in their respective Centres for each
level. The Chief Abacus Tutor who coaches the Abacus Tutors will assess the performance of the
Abacus Tutor during the training.
3. Remuneration: The Abacus Tutor should be paid as per the level wise payment communicated to the
Franchisee without any variations. The Franchisee shall pay remuneration to his / her Abacus
Tutor based on student fee provided that the remuneration payable to Abacus Tutor shall be:
Rs. 375/- (A centre) per Level 3 months / student
Rs. 300/- (B centre) per Level 3 months / student
Rs. 180/- (C centre) per Level 3 months / student
After calculating for all the students studying under the Abacus Tutor concerned.
