information about the principles and processes in making a research which

becomes our key in conceptualizing this study; without those, the process

of this research will for sure be difficult;

Ma’am Teresita Bercasi, the research statistician, for guiding the

researchers in computing, interpreting and evaluating the data in this

research;

Janette J. Veneracion, RN, RM, MAN, the researchers’ adviser, for

wholehearted support, indefinite motivation and nonstop guidance from

the very beginning of this study, up until the completion of this
