sauce, 5 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tsp of seseme seeds
- Avacodo chicken salad toast
o Peel 1 avocado, ¼ cup of plain yogurt, lime juice, ½ tsp garlic powder,
S&P, ¼ cup red onion + celery, 2 cups of cooked chicken – mix, spread

minutes

o 8 oz cream cheese, 1 ½ cup mozzeralla, 5 oz cooked spinach, artichoke
hearts – pasta, ½ cup parm, ¾ cup sour cream, 1 cup of milk, add
pasta, mix, - bake 375 for 30 – 35 minutes
- Cheesy Chicken Alfredo pasta
o Olive oil, 3 chicken breasts, s+p, 4 garlic cloves, 2 ½ cups chicken
broth, 2 ½ cups cream, 1 lb of penini, boil for 15-20 minutes
o 1 ½ cup of parm, add 1 cup of mozz cheese, ½ cup of parm, broil 10 –
15 minutes
- creamy chicken penne
o fry 4 slices bacon, 2 chicken breasts, s+p, Italian seasoning, paprika, 2
garlic cloves, spinach, 4 small tomatoes, 1 ½ cups of cream, 1 cup of
parm, red pepper flakes, add cooked penne pasta+bacon stir
- Spaghetti squash
o Breakfast bake
 1 spag squash, olive oil, salt, bake – 40 min 400 degrease
 ½ cup of bacon, ½ cup of cheddar cheese, 4 eggs – bake 10 min
400 degrease
o 4 cheese
 ½ cup of butter, ¼ cup flour, 1 ¾ cup of milk, ½ cup cheddar
cheese, ¼ cup of parm, ¼ cup of montery jack, ¼ cup of mozz,
spread over cooked squash, add cheddar – bake 5 min 400

- Tomato Pesto Salmon


o Green beans, olive oil, S&P, skinless salmon, 2 tbsp of pesto, 10 cherry
tomatoes – bake 350 for 20 minutes
- Teriyaki
o ½ cup of carrot, 1 cup of broccoli, 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce – bake 350 for
20 minutes
- Lemon Dill
o Asparagus, onion, S&P, Olive oil, lemon, dill – bake
- Garlic Butter
o 1 potato, 1 garlic clove, 2 tbps parsley, 3 tbsp butter, salmon on
potato, butter on salmon, wrap – bake

- shrimp asperagus stir fry


o fry olive oil shrimp, add salt/crushed red pepper, cut up asparagus fry
in salt, garlic, 1 tsp ginger, salt, add shrimp, soy sauce, lemon
- lemon garlic shrimp pasta
o boil linguine – set aside. In pot put olive oil, 2 tbsp butter, 4 garlic
cloves, crushed red pepper, put shrimp in, s+p, stir, drieg oregano,
baby spinach, add noodles, 6 tbsp butter, parm cheese, parsley, lemon
