B. History of Present Illness

Patient was apparently well until few hours prior to

admission the patient while working with an electric saw the

patient slipped and bumped his left hand on the electric saw

sustaining an avulved wound. Patient was rushed to the ER and

Admitted.

C. History of Past Illness

Patient also claimed that he had also a past injury on his

right hand and was also admitted at the same hospital because of

his work.

D. Social Environment

He is a husband and a father of two. He works as a laborer

in a private company.
