To whom it may concern,


I am writing to you in response of your presence at the College of DuPage Cosmetology
Program for a position as a stylist in your salon.

As a freshman at College of DuPage in the Cosmetology Program, I have completed


several goals I thrived to meet from the start of school. Which all include several braiding
techniques, styling, and cutting. This career path started for me when I started working at Frank
Gironda Salon & Spa as an assistant. Since May 2018, I’ve learned how to interact with clients,
how to shampoo and drape them, all while in the process of still learning the Redken color
system. I currently help stylists with their clients on the weekends to prevent them from running
behind on time, whilst going to cosmetology school Monday through Friday.

I would like to join your team to gather all the knowledge I can receive, whilst still
working as a stylist. I feel your team would be beneficial to my education all around whether it is
communication or working with clients and their hair. I would be an excellent addition to your
team to help achieve short term and long term goals, while still receiving education from your
team and co-workers.
