RE: LETTER OF REQUEST FOR A PROVISONAL WORKING PERMIT

Dear Sir:

I am writing to your office in behalf of SUNVEGA PHARMACEUTICALS INC. in


connection to our request of approval of a Provisional Work Permit for a prospective employee
named Mr. Pawan Kumar Gangwar, an Indian National, that we wish to employ as a
GENERAL MANAGER once the permit shall be granted. Sunvega Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a
pharmaceutical distribution company with a primary purpose to engage in the registration,
importation wholesale and distribution of pharmaceuticals, foods, medical devices and
equipment. We do believe that Mr. Gangwar is the best suited potential employee that we can
possibly hire since the nature of our business shall involve legal importation of products from
India, thus eliminating the language barrier concerns in the execution of the business. He also
has a superb managerial skills and impressive work experience that can boost the profitability
of our corporation.

Therefore I am kindly requesting for the approval of a PROVISIONAL WORKING PERMIT


while his ALIEN EMPLOYMENT PERMIT is still being processed under the Department of
Labor and Employment so that we can commence his employment as soon as possible.

In compliance under Philippine Taxation Laws, I hereby confirm that we shall withhold and
remit to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) all of the taxes due on the income of Mr. Pawan
Kumar Gangwar, the applicant.

I am sincerely and humbly hoping for a positive response on this matter.
