WEEKLY REPORT

WEEK 1 (20th May-26th May)

 Drafted a replication with the guidance and support of my co intern and senior as

well as attended the same case at District Consumer Forum on 8th Jan 2019 titled as

Arpan Jain v. Mahindra &Mahindra. Replication is annexed as Annexure-A.

WEEK 2 (27th May–2nd June)

 Research work on certain propositions of law pertaining to Criminal Procedure

Code annexed herewith as ANNEXURE B.

 Drafted a legal notice for a suit for recovery for a client on 12th Jan 2019 annexed

herewith as ANNEXURE-C.

WEEK 3 (3rd June–9th June)

 Research work on certain propositions of law pertaining to Criminal Procedure

Code annexed herewith as ANNEXURE E.

 Drafted a complaint to be sent to Ministry of Defence for proper implementation of

revised scale of pension on 20th Jan 2019 annexed as ANNEXURE-F.

 Drafted a Relinquishment Deed and assisted one of the counsels to get the same

registered at the Registrar Office of Pitampura Division on 21st Jan 2019 annexed

as ANNEXURE-G.

WEEK 4 (10th June-16th June)

 Research work on certain propositions of law pertaining to Criminal Procedure

Code annexed herewith as ANNEXURE I.

WEEK 5 (17th June-21st June)

 Research work on certain propositions of law pertaining to Criminal Procedure.

Annexed herewith as ANNEXURE K.

 Assisted the counsel in marriage registration of Karan and Mridu at the Model

Town SDM office on 8th Feb 2019.

 Drafted a complaint to the SHO regarding theft on 14th Feb 2019 being annexed

as ANNEXURE-L.

 Research work on certain propositions of law pertaining to Criminal Procedure.
