accounting information which has to be collected periodically or in real time for
reliable accounting. So it was identified that Interface software has to develop which
will have the intelligence to talk to various Network Elements for various reasons.
The Subscriber profile also has to be activated in the Network elements for various
services. The Mediation Agent should also understand Activation and Deactivation
commands in order to interface with the Network elements successfully.

conventional Blood Bank System. The system is used to manage the Donor details,

identification keys. The blood storage can be monitored easily and also Search
facilities are provided.
