LEVEL-1:Handle objects easily & successfully.

achievement.
LEVEL-3: Handle with objects with difficulty, needs help to prepare and modify services.
LEVEL4:Handle limited section of easily managed objects in adapted situation.

In session-3 EDDEA i, e, Eating drinking classification system was represent by Dr. Gayathri
Devi ,assistant professor ,Depertment of pediatric by lecture and vedio. She discussed about
functional classification of EDACS and impact of feeding problem. The classification is done

It is not an assessment tool.
There are 5 levels of severity
The 5 levels are----
Level—1 Eats and drinks safety and efficiently.
Level---2 Eats and drinks safely but with some limitation to efficiency.
Levels---3 Eats and drinks with some limitation to safely, there may be limitation to
efficiency.
Levels---4 Eats and drinks with significant limitation to safety.
Level---5 Unable to eat and drink safely, tube feeding may be concider to provide nutrition.
And in intervention she discussed about assistive device including tube feeding gastrostomy
feeding etc.
Then in small group activity EDACSis discussed in four station in 15 minute time period
which fecilitate for better understanding.
