Our idea is to start a business from Restaurant. It is all about ‘Bar B’ It will be at near Rohri railway
station. It will provide fast food to our customers’ .It will also provide an Eco friendly environment.
An Eco friendly environment will win the heart of our stockholders.
By providing quality service at the desk of each customer we will gather the information of what they
like or what they do not.
We will offer female waiter /representators for the families to offer high quality service to our
customers to promote we feeling in our restaurant.

this idea of ‘Bar B,Q’ will be sooner get high approach there are many competitors Existed . They have
already many weaknesses. We will try to defeat our rivals and get higher approach on the sukkur,rohri
region.
Mostly restaurant are liked in our economics. Therefore we opened this because we have Skills to
about how to motivate our customers and how to understand the market share .It is standard BAR B,Q
It will be convenient. Our aim is to provide fresh healthy nutritious and great testing food at reasonable
price in clean. Friendly & convenient environment..

Labor: - We will hire skilled labor/cook who are ready to do the work at any situation. In order to
satisfy our customers, we will train our employee to do the work on time that is called (just in time
system) to tackle the current orders of customers.
Our motivated labor will serve our customers as they are serving their family. Though we will pay them
high salary as competitors do not, So that we can build an organizational commitment behaviors in our
employees mind.

We will use high technology machines to cook delicious dishes. The machines which we use will be
environment friendly and does not contain any damage of health. We will use fresh ingredients and
material so that we can meet the legal requirements of authorities.
The Eco friendly building will promote harmony and safety for our employees and customers in case of
any emergency. The emergency system in our building will make us continuously alert for any threat
like fire and electricity shock.
