For this journey/trip to find arabica coffee in Flores Islands, I choose KTM duke 250 abs to used in
there. I choose this motorcycles because in my opinion this motorcycle is very suitable to be taken away from
a long time and for long trips. According to Gus Ali, this motorbike is very comfortable to wear and for good
filtering. What is lacking is the oil used, which is about 1.5 liters of oil with brands such as MOTOREX,
MOTUL, SAMOURAI and the like which are expensive.
Having enough weight to reach 139 kg in full fuel conditions makes it more suitable for men. Besides
this naked street bike motorbike also looks luxurious with the two wings attached to the left and right of the
11liter tank with the KTM Duke 250. Made using a steering angle up to a slope of 65 degrees makes it quite
easy and comfortable to use when driving, especially KTM Duke 250 is also made by having the lowest distance
to the ground up to 170 mm so as to make every driver can comfortably when passing through potholes. Whereas
the height of the sit down itself is made with a size of 800 mm along with a wheelbase of 1367 mm which makes
it look more sturdy and strong. Equipped with 248.8 cc dedicated engine technology which consists of a 4 valve
cylinder DOHC technology with a liquid cooling system, and the adoption of 72 mm bore and 61.1 mm stroke
makes it capable of providing powerful bursts of power. Where with the existence of the KTM Duke 250 engine
is able to get a maximum power of 23 kW (31.1 hp) per 9000 rpm. The engine is also capable of producing 24
Nm of torque each at 7250 rpm which is certainly able to provide its own comfort while driving, plus the KTM
Duke 250 is also accompanied by a 6-speed transmission system that adopts PASC antihopping clutch +
mechanically operated technology claimed able to provide optimal handling and acceleration.
KTM Duke 250 is made using a sturdy frame with Steel Trelis Frame + Powder Coated material
which produces a fairly elegant and strong look. In addition KTM duke 250 also has a pretty sturdy suspension.
At the front, KTM includes WP Inverted Fork type 43 mm diameter suspension which is combined with 110/70
ZR-17 (tubeless) wheels with 3.00 x 17 inch rim size, while at the rear, there is WP Monoshock type suspension
which has rim measuring 4.00 x 17 inches and has a larger tire that is 150 / 60ZR-17 (tubeless) so that the
wheels will be able to tread as much as possible to the terrain that passes. As for braking, a single disc of 300
mm in diameter at the front and 230 mm in diameter at the rear is included.

Modifications of Gus Ali; 1). the standard muffler is replaced with a muscov muffler (priced at 1.9
million) so that the sound is more bass but it doesn't bother other people and the silencer is similar to akrapovic
models but this is a local brand. 2). Standard mirrors are replaced with rear view mirrors (priced at 550 thousand)
so they are not too wide and there is no reflection of light but at night it remains bright. Modification of Tony
Antony's Givi box was added at the back to store items. I will change the I will change the standard tire to dual
purpose tire.
