Client Case: Sometimes we may line-up candidates for an interview which is scheduled for some
date and at the end moment clients might postpone the interview at that time it would be
difficult to handle the candidates.
Candidate Case: The candidates sometimes they decline the offer which they get after the whole
interview process and in that case the candidate might be having another offer.
