Directions: You are only given 5 minutes to complete the following directions indicated
below. Carefully read the entire test before answering. In order to ensure the accuracy of
this test, you should not use more than the allotted time given. Good luck!

FOLLOW DIRECTIONS

1. Read everything carefully before doing anything.


2. Put your name in the upper right-hand corner of this page.
3. Circle the word NAME in sentence two.
4. Draw five stars in the upper left-hand corner.
5. Put an “X” in each stars.
6. Put a square around each stars.
7. Sign your name under the title of this paper.
8. In the lower left hand corner of your test paper, write “I am following directions!”
9. Put a circle completely around sentence number seven.
10. Put an “X” in the lower left corner of this paper.
11. Draw a triangle around the “X” you just put down.
12. On the back of this paper, multiply 803 by 66.
13. Draw a cloud around the word “corner” in sentence four.
14. Write the name of the month that begins with the letter "J" in the top left hand corner of
your paper.
15. Write the name of any country that begins with the letter "S” directly underneath your
answer to #2.
16. Directly above your answer to #7, draw a row of three small circles. Once again, size is not
important.
17. On the reverse side of this paper, add 8350 and 9395.
18. Put a circle around your answer and put a square around the circle.
19. Underline all even numbers on the left side of this paper
20. You should not be reading the end of the exam before the beginning of the exam, but now
that you are here, you have just wasted some of the time you may need to complete the
test.
