mutation of property bearing No. C-159, Mayapuri Industrial
Area, Phase-II, New Delhi- 110064.
01.01.1988 Deed of declaration executed by the TejPal Singh Padam.
21.10.1999 Deed of declaration executed by the TejPal Singh Padam.
08.10.1986 Agreement was made between SH.Shamsher Singh Kukreja
son of late Sh. Ram Singh Kukreja R/o.36/52, Punjabi Bagh,
West, New Delhi - 110026 (hereinafter called the Promoter)
and M/s Amar Singh & Sons (H.U.F.) resident of 8/51, Punjabi
Bagh, New Delhi, (hereinafter called the ‘BUYER’)
02.02.1998 D.D.A vide Mutation letter No. F. 6A(5) 65/1 SB(1)2191.
06.06.2002 Harbhajan Kaur Padam executed her will in favour of (i) Sh.
Tejinder Singh Padam (ii) Sh. Jasbir Singh Padam (iii) Sh.
Jasbir Singh Padam with full understanding and of free will.
25/02/1997 Sh.Padam Singh Amar expired at Apollo Hospital
26/06/2005 Smt. Harbhajan Kaur expired at Jaipur Golden Hospital
18/10/1999 Agreement to Sell is made between M/S. AMAR SINGH
AND SONS (HUF) AND Smt. HARBHAJAN KAUR PA-
DAM
21/05/1962 SALE DEED made between Refugees Housing Society Lim-
ited, Mile-5, Rohtak Road, Delhi 6 (hereinafter called the Ven-
dor Society) AND Amar Singh, Son of Sardar Chet Singh,
Resident of 7, G.B. Road, New Delhi, (hereinafter called the
Purchaser)
23/03/2009 Firstly, the cause of action accrued in favour of the Tej Pal
Singh Padam and against the defendants.
02/07/2010 Secondly, the cause of action accrued in favour of the Tej Pal
Singh Padam, when the plaintiff sent a legal notice to the de-
fendants.
19/11/2011 Thirdly, when a notice was sent to the defendants with a copy
to the concerned officer of the police.
Feb 2012 Finally accrued
22/10/1999 Parties with prior understanding collected the consideration
and deposited in the Saving Bank Account of HUF with Syn-
dicate Bank, Mayapuri Industrial Area, New Delhi
1971 Perpetual Lease Deed was also executed by Late Amar Singh
Padam
1968 Factory located at C-159, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-II,
New Delhi - 110064 was allotted to Sh.Amar Singh proprietor
of M/s Modern Gears.
04/02/2000 Memorandum of Partition confirming oral partition of HUF
namely M/s Amar Singh and Sons HUF along with money re-
ceipts executed by the Plaintiff.
03/02/2000 Parties practically partitioned and divided the entire funds in 5
equal shares.
