AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, ADOBO B. CALDERITA,, of legal age and residing at Dona SCity, after


having duly sworn to in accordance with law declares:
1. I am the complainant in the above-entitled case against the accused
Edward Concepcion;
2. I am withdrawing my complaint against the accused because what has
been alleged in my complaint-affidavit that became the basis of the filing of the
information against the accused aroused from misappreciation of facts that resulted in
our misunderstanding and for this reason I am withdrawing the charges against him;

3. I am formally desisting or withdrawing my complaint against the accused


Edward Concepcion as embodied in the information;

4. I executed this affidavit voluntarily and with my own volition and with full
knowledge of its legal consequences and effect and finally I certify under oath that I have
voluntarily executed this instrument with full knowledge and understanding and without
threat and intimidation upon my person.
