I, BOBETTE C. TORINO, of legal age, single, and presently residing at Gulayon, Dipolog City,
Zamboanga del Norte after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. That I am not currently employed with any person, natural or juridical, and I have not
been gainfully employed;

2. That I am still a graduating student of Dipolog Medical Center College Foundation, Inc.
taking BS Accountancy;

3. That I rely on my sister’s income and support for my daily expenses and education
expenses.

I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
