Minutes of the First Homeroom and General PTA Meeting


(June 21, 2019)

The first Homeroom and General PTA Meeting for SY. 2019-2020 was held on June 21, 2019 at
the ABM1 classroom. There were 6 parents/guardians who attended the homeroom meeting. It started
at 10:30 in the morning.

The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer led by Mrs. Luzel P. Teves. At
10:45 in the morning, the meeting proper commenced.

The first agendum of the meeting was the election of the homeroom PTA Officials.

The result of the homeroom (HUMSS 1) PTA election:

President : Jovic Huertas

Vice-President : Chona B. Cagatin

Secretary : Erica R. Morante

Treasurer : Anny P. Cruz

Auditor : Luzel P. Teves

Other agenda of the meeting were:

1. Student Absences and Tardiness

2. Special Allowance Program from LGU

3. Student Uniform and I.D

As all other pertinent concerns were dealt with for the time being, the meeting was adjourned
at exactly 12:00 in the afternoon, with of attendees.
