operating parameters.

Taking follow-up of raw material, intermediate results and finished products from respective
department.
Controlling production activity & Handled various Unit Operation. Handling trouble shooting
and maintenance problems.
Co-ordination with the other dept. (Maintenance, Quality Control, safety) for smooth running of
the plant.
Ensuring day to day targeted production, yield, preventive maintenance, route causes for any
off-spec. etc.
Carry out pilot trial batches for new product & process stabilization

Good hands on controlling of esterification and transesterification reaction, pumps.
