Thirsty Crow

A thirsty crow finds a pot with little water and puts stones in it to raise the level so it can drink. A greedy dog sees its reflection in the water while holding a bone and barks at it, causing it to drop its bone in the water. A hungry fox sees grapes in a vineyard that are too high to reach, so it claims they are sour and runs away.

THIRSTY CROW

1) One day a crow was very thirsty.


2) He looked for water and saw a pot.
3) Inside the pot was very little water.
4) He put stones into the pot.
5) The water came up.
6) The crow drank the water and flew away happily.

THE GREEDY DOG


1. One day, a dog was very hungry.
2. He looked for food and found a bone
3. He walk beside the bridge with the bone.
(He walked beside the bridge and saw his reflection.)
4. He suddenly saw his reflection in the water.
5. He thought it was another dog with a bone in the water.
(He suddenly saw his reflection and thought it was another dog with a bone.)
6. He wanted to get that bone too so he started barking.
(He startd barking to get that bone too.)
7. After barking, his bone fell into the water.
8. The greedy dog lost his bone.
9. Moral of the story is don’t be greedy.

THE FOX AND THE GRAPES

1. One day, a fox was very hungry.


2. He looked for food.
3. He suddenly went in a vineyard.
(He looked for food and suddenly went into a vineyard.)
4. He saw grapes hanging from the vines.
5. He tried to reach them but its was too high.
6. He jumped again and again but could not reach.
7. At last he said, “These grapes are sour, I do not want them,”.
8. Then he ran away.
