COLLECTIVE NOUNS: The army of soldiers, the troupe

monkeys, the school of fish, and the fleet of ships

One day, a troupe of monkeys are swinging on the trees.

Then, the chief of the troupe said, “Let’s stop here. I feel

tired.” They stopped at the big tree, but the army of

soldiers came and they killed the monkeys. Afterwards,

the colony of ants arrived bit the soldiers. The soldiers

shouted in pain and fled the place, going to the shore

and hurrying away to their fleet of ships. On the way,

they realized the ants also ate all their food, so they

decided to catch a school of fish to fill up their supply till

they get home. When they reached their destination,

they found that their home was inhabited by what they

left to die a few days before: troupes and troupes of

monkeys.
