Charmelie Emperio took an oath of office to faithfully serve as the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay Baybay Sta. Cruz in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental. The oath states that Emperio will uphold the constitution and obey the laws of the Philippines. Jevelly Monique Casinto also took an oath to serve as the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer for the same barangay and with the same commitments in the oath. Both oaths were administered and signed in August 2019.

KABATAAN SECRETARYhereby solemnly swear, that I will faithfully discharge to the best
of my ability, the duties of my present position and of all others that I may hereafter hold under
the Republic of the Philippines; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will
obey the laws, legal orders, and decrees promulgated by the duly constituted authorities of the
