TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The rental fee shall be subject to price announced by Dealership. Such price changes shall become effective upon announcement.

2. The above unit is subject to availability of stock, PT MPM RENT will provide the similar replacement unit until the requested unit is available.

3. Confirmation of Rental shall be made by PO signed by customer and PT MPM Rent at the latest 14 (fourteen) calendar days prior to due date.

5. The Rental Fee shall be Subject to 10.00 % VAT.

6. All terms and conditions of rental will be determined in the master contract.

INCLUDE(S) INSURANCE COVERAGE

- Unlimited Mileage IDR 50,000,000.- per incident

- Full maintenance including Towing Service and Breakdown Service IDR 90,000,000.- per incident

- All Risk Insurance IDR 10,000,000.- per incident

- Replacement unit with similar type when rented car is being repaired. IDR 300,000.- per incident

- Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) ; KEUR for commercial unit 10% (ten percent) of claimed amount

- Contact Center 24 Hours (1500068) minimum IDR 500,000.- per incident

10% (ten percent) of Sum Insured per incident

EXCLUDE(S)

- Driver, Gasoline, Parking fees, Toll fee and Traffic fine.

PENALTY CHARGES

Early termination penalty :

- 100% Rental Fee payment of 12 (twelve) first months of Rental Period

- 25% Rental Fee payment of remaining period (calculated from 13th month)

PAYMENT TERMS

- Billing : Monthly

- Payment of Rental Fee and other related costs as set forth in this contract shall be paid by the customer no later than30 calendar days since the invoice date (the “Due Date”)

- In case of payment due date , late payment interest of 0.1% per day shall apply.
