iii. Baby Mojos in Rolled Oats Breading

Ingridients
Ingridients
 Potatoes, thinly sliced
 1/2 patola cut into small cubes
flour
 1/4 or 1/2 cup miswa noodles cut into small pieces
 1 egg
 1/4 onion
 1/2 cup olive oil
 1 small garlic
Steps:
 1 small ginger (remove when served)
1.Boil the potato slices.
 1 tbsp ground beef
2. In a bowl, whisk the egg.
 1 cup water 3. Dip potato slices into the whisked egg.

noodles until cooked.

iv. Ginisang monggo xi. Suam na Mais version for Infants

Ingredients
1/2 cup Mung beans (presoaked in water overnight)
INGREDIENTS:
2 small garlic, minced
3 pcs white corn finely shredded
1 cup spinach/malunggay leaves/sili leaves
1 cup young malunggay leaves
1 pc medium sized tomato, chopped
1 cup sili leaves minced
1/2 medium sized onion, chopped
5 pcs squash flowers minced / shredded squash
2 tbsp ground beef/pork (optional)
2 tbsp finely ground pork (optional)
8 oz water (for boiling)
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 finely chopped onions and garlic

Ingredients

1 cup malunggay leaves (moringa)


1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
1 tbsp pine nuts, roasted (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp Greek Yogurt (optional)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1. Slice each kamias.

vi. Bulanglang na Kalabasa-Malunggay🍲 ix. Miswa Malunggay Kalabasa

Ingredients:
Miswa, washed to removed salt
Ingredients:
Squash thinly sliced
1-1.5 cup water
Malunggay leaves or Malunggay powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 clove Garlic, sliced
1/2 cup Squash, sliced
2 pcs onion chives
1/4 cup Malunggay leaves
2-3 cups water

1. Combine all ingredients.
1. Boil squash until softened then mash.
2. Bring to boil for 10 mins or less.

3. Mash the squash while boiling.

viii. 🍵 Sayote con Mais Soup 🍵 vii. 🍲 Meatless Batchoy Tagalog 🍲

INGREDIENTS:
100 grams Tofu, sliced, pre-fried
1 cup Organic Mushroom, pureed
INGREDIENTS: 1-2 cups Spinach, chopped
1 Sayote thinly sliced 1 pack Misua noodles, pre-washed, cut
1 Corn cob, pureed 1 pc Onion, chopped
1 Onion, sliced 2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 cloves garlic, sliced 1 thumb size Ginger, sliced
1 thumb sized Turmeric 4-5 cups water
3-4 cups Water
Cooking Oil
*salt & pepper for adults
METHODS:
Boil all ingredients until sayote is softened. *can add mashed chicken liver to make it more delicious.
Mash sayote METHODS:
Serve with or without rice 1. Sauté onion, garlic and ginger.

*for 7m+ 3. Add water and bring to boil then put the spinach then misua. Simmer
