1. It has been observed that often times, despite of some reminders as


articulated in the duty detail posted, protocols are still being deliberately breached.

2. The paragraph 4 of the Administrative Memorandum No. 3, Series of 1991


of Relevant BJMP Guidelines and Policies specifically requires the use of uniform while
on duty and intentional defiance of said memorandum constitutes clear insubordination
to the immediate supervisor.

3. That it was observed that you were not wearing proper uniform while
rendering custodial functions during your Tour of Duty sometime in June 2 and June 9,
2016 respectively.

4. In this connection, you are hereby directed to explain in writing within 24


hours upon receipt hereof why no administrative charge should be imposed against you
for such violation.
