First and foremost please accept my sincerest gratitude for the guidance and patience that I’ve
received from you. Working in a BPO industry is never easy but I thank you for the motivation that you
are giving me to go to work and to do good. I will always be thankful for all the knowledge that I have
gained throughout my experiences in Alorica especially in LG.

Still, there are some things that are beyond our control and making a hard decision is the only
option to resolve the situation.

With this, I am rendering my resignation effective 25th of August 2018 because there’s a
situation in our family that I needed to prioritize fulltime. I am hoping for your understanding and
consideration.
