amount is non refundable.
2. Duly filled registration form (print of this blank form may be downloaded and filled)
along with DD should reach Chief Proctor Office, UD, Rajasthan Technical
University, Rawatbhata Road, Kota 324010 (Raj.) latest by 19th August 2019 (2 P.
M.).
3. The dress code for the candidates is as under:
a) Boys/ Gents: White color: Kurta - Payjama / white pant shirt with black juti /
shoes.
b) Girls/ Ladies: White color saree with blue color border and blue color blouse /
white color suite with white chunni / dupatta with black juti / sandle.

4. One person (parents/spouse/close relatives of degree recipient) is allowed to


accompany the candidate in the Degree Distribution Ceremony, Please note that no
children are allowed in the Degree Distribution Ceremony.
5. Registered candidates to report in UIT Auditorium, Kota for Degree Distribution
Ceremony latest by 04.00 PM on 20th August 2019.
