This project is relatively inexpensive, with the largest item on the list being flashdrive
kits that would allow each student to have their own flash drive where they can securely store all
of their project information. This is a necessary expense, as technology can be unreliable at
times. Verizon has a technology grant that they provide to meaningful projects each year, and
thus I believe that would be a great source of funding for our bulk flash drives. Having an
information backup can ensure that all students know where their information is stored. The 200
dollar award that will be used to implement the most deserving reform will come from my
pocket as a tax deduction. The last few things are for students that wish to create a hybrid
presentation for their project. Poster Boards and markers are relatively cheap, and because of the
Title I nature of our school, I believe that the Elmer’s Grant for The Kids In Need Foundation
would be an excellent source of funding for these aspects of the project.
