3. Payment Terms:
Part A:
 25% Advance
 25% after Company Configuration, Detailed Process Study, Blueprint Finalization,
Company Installation, Mapping of Process in SAP B1.
 15% after User Training, Uploading of Opening Balances of Inventory, Business Partners,
Accounts.
 25% after Layouts/Mailers & Queries/Reports, Alerts/Approvals.
 10% on Go live.

Part B:

 Monthly.
