General Services:
Pasalamat sa mga formators
Each seminarian has three cleaning materials
Every cleaning materials has a name of each seminarian
o They would responsible of it
o Always follow-up the cleaning materials
If cleaning materials will be lost, the seminarian should pay/Replace
If the cleaning materials is damage, inform the General Services
Inform the Staff about the system
Academic Coordinators/Dorm Coordinators
Thank You for the initiative to clean the dorm after the mass and segregating the
garbage properly.
Community Schedule should be posted in the bulletin board
Liturgist:
Thank you brothers especially those who practice on how to use the breviary
Silence must be observed inside the chapel
Everyone is encourage to write their intentions in the intention book
Fold the kneeler after using
The assigned prayer leader is responsible to write on the white board the pages for
our guide
Practice on how to prepare the Roman missal/Sacramentary
Encourage personal devotion of Rosary
Breviary must be returned to their proper places
Assigned prayer leader will be the one to arrange the Sacramentary
Apostolate Coordinator:
Be serious during the B.E.C
Vehicle Coordinator:
Avoid singing loudly
Car wash every 3rd Sunday
Music Coordinator:
It is our initiative to get the songbook and return to proper places
Every 2nd and 3rd Saturday regular schedule of music practice with Ma’am

The assigned “Tig Ligo” will assist the pet warden to clean the aquarium

Bell Ringer:
Take care of the Alarm clock
Don’t forget to turn off the alarm clock
Always check the clock every week
Melvin will be the one take in-charge for the alarm in Dorm A
