he is also a businessman at heart. Twelve years ago, he pursued his dream in owning a business and co-founded LBR Transport, Inc. To this
day, LBR is 120-fleet strong and still growing. He took his degree at De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde major in Hotel and Restaurant
Institution Management.

more than 20 years of experience in business. He held several positions including President of LBR Transport, Inc., President of
Signature Home Care based in U.S., and a Director in FarEast Maritime Foundation.

A graduate of B.S. Political Science from Ateneo de Manila, with a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from the University of the Philippines,
College of Law in Diliman. He is the Corporate Secretary of LBR Transport, Inc., an affiliate of Flex Fuel Petroleum Corporation. He is
also currently a founding partner in one of the leading law firms on data privacy in the country.

Anthony Bernard Sales

Treasurer
A B.S. degree in Information Technology, major in Computer Network Engineering graduate from Asia Pacific College in Makati. Previously
worked as an IT Manager from one of the leading actuarial firms in the Philippines. He is a results driven Information Technology (IT)
professional with a notable track-record in providing a broad range of technical solutions to help achieve corporate IT initiatives. Excels
in providing a secure network design, systems analysis, testing and support. Demonstrated ability as project team leader.
