Re.: Reply to Your Letter dated 31.10.2019 being the

memo No. Re: SCUF: No.DN-S-2211

Dear Sir,

It is well within your knowledge that I Mr. Soharab Sekh, S/o Mr. Mabud
Sekh, residing at Janai Barasat, Kumirnorth, Kumir Morah More, Serampore,
Hooghly, Chanditala, West Bengal, PIN:- 712704 is the bonafide customer of your
company. Whereas a loan agreement was made being No.CHINSTF1708310003
between us on 31.08.2017.

As per the said loan agreement, you have disbursed the loan amount of
Rs.5, 00,000/- (Rupees five lakh). After availing the loan facilities I have already
repaid the instalment amount as per your terms and conditions but unfortunately
due to some financial difficulties I failed to repay some instalment amounts.

That after arising the financial difficulties I forthwith communicated with

your officials about my difficulties and prayed some time to repay the instalments
with a request to deduct the monthly instalment amount.
Again I am requesting you that I will be grateful if you permit me to deposit the
monthly instalment dividing in two part wherein the first part will be paid in first
week of the month and the second part will be paid in the last week of the month
otherwise considering the financial disabilities kindly deduct my instalment
amount to be paid per month enlarging the time limit to repay the total Loan
amount.
In that event I am depositing Rs. /- (Rupees
) only, showing my interest to repay the entire loan amount and discharge my
liabilities.
Please get back in touch with me to confirm you have received this letter
and your decision upon these terms.
Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,
