AS-BUILT DRAWING REQUIREMENTS - PAVING & DRAINAGE

 As-built must be done using latest approved design drawings, identifying applicable scale
 Show final as-built grades, slopes and elevations in a box directly above the design grades, slopes and
elevations for parking lots and roadways
 Drainage as-built and paving as-built to be submitted on separate sheets
 All as-built drawing sheets must be signed, sealed and dated by the Engineer of Record (EOR) and
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
 Provide contact information (name, address and telephone number) of EOR, PLS and owner/developer
 All installations shall be shown on the drawings including the buildings, storm drainage, other utilities,
asphalt roadways, concrete, tile pavers, etc.
 Provide address of building and lot/block of each unit
 Provide building finished floor elevation and note elevation datum referenced (NAVD or NGVD)
 Provide north arrow and a location sketch identifying section, township and range
 Provide the name and width of streets and public rights-of-way
 Note “AS-BUILT” in large bold letters on every sheet. This must be part of the CAD file
 Clearly identify right-of-way and property boundary lines
 Provide location and elevation of benchmarks and source
 Change all appropriate language for connections to past tense
 As-built all drainage piping, including size, type and length
 As-built slopes on drainage pipe if only minimums were designed
 As-built all exfiltration trench lengths. Include size, type and length of all solid and perforated/slotted
pipes
 Note removed or grout filled drain lines
 Provide utility crossing information as applicable
 As-built all drainage structures; identifying rim, invert (all) and bottom-of-inside-of-structure elevation
 As-built all control structures; include weir elevation, and any applicable detail sheet
 As-built all headwalls; include invert and top-of-headwall elevation
 As-built roof/yard drain cleanouts if installed; identifying size, type, and rim & invert elevations. Provide
station and offset from drainage between structures. Label baseline used
 As-built all pollution retardant baffle locations
 Provide as-built cross-sections for all lakes, canals, and retention areas
 Note and provide applicable scales, plans profiles/cross sections and details
 Use approved certification language; language must appear on all sheets as part of CAD file
 No hand written information, certification language stamps, stickers or copies will be accepted

(Please note that final limerock as-built plans are not submitted to the City for review and approval. Please
submit these plans to the EOR for the project. The EOR shall provide a certification letter to the City.)
