Dear Sir,

Have a Bood day,,

Scope of work:

l)Assist on tax preparation and compliance to be submitted to the BIR and other government agencies.
2lAssist on the preparation of manual payroll with maximum of 10 employees only, more than that
additional charges.
3)Assist on bookkeeping records for BIR purposes.
4) Preparation, computation of mandatory taxes, (depends on what kind of taxpayer VAT or NON-VAT ) depends what are
the tax type.
5) Reconciliation of monthly and quarterly report to the BIR .
6.) Monthly transaction should be given to us, thru emails, delivery on ore before the Sth day of the following month, for
the preparation of tax dues , for which dues fall on or before the 10ff of the month.
7) Al taxes are to be paid by the taxpayer on or before the due dates. We will remind and will send a bill ahead of time, as
long that they give us transactions on time.

Retainefs fee for the month is four thousand ( php 4000.00 ) pesos net of taxes.

Prepare Annual ITR to be filed on or before every April 15, of the succeeding year ,as mandated by LAW . Service for the
lncome tax Php 2O 000.00 net of 5% withholding tax. This is payable on or before April 15, of the filing year. ITR and
financial statements are to be submitted to the BIR and SEC .

We do special business services like representing the company to other government agencies but this is not included in the
retaine/s fee proposal, like registration of business to the Securities and Exchange Commission, City hall, BlR, DOLE and
others ) all taxes and representation, transportation expenses paid by the taxpayer.
