Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that every one follows safety procedure for specific jobs and safe working environment.
Prepare and maintain safety documents and records.
Enlighten the hazards at each site and to educate every individual safety steps require for different
job.
To insure safe work condition for working live plant and construction.
Inspection of work site through different check list.
Maintaining and updating site safety injuries records.
Keep a complete record of daily/weekly safety meeting at site.
Keep permanent record of all injuries, fires, motor vehicle accidents, property damages and crane/
heavy equipment accidents which have occurred in the site
Ways to prevent injury to personnel, damage to property or equipment and files.
Supervise the recording of and analysis of information on injured, damage and production loss.
Assess accident trends and review overall safety performance
Special attention is paid to the confined space & work at height activities.
Coordinate with safety, health and environment issue with key personnel in field operation and
safety execution of job.
Advised the management of the following:
Ways to prevent injury to personnel, damage to property or equipment and files
Ways to improve existing work methods
Provision and use of protective equipment
Determine the cause of any incident (Dangerous Occurrence) and recommend means of preventing
recurrence the same.
Supervise the recording of and analysis of information on injured damage and production loss
Investigate untoward incident or accident prepare for additional precautions to prevent
reoccurrence.
Coordinating safety aspect to all subcontractors working at wellheads. Obtain and post safety
literature, information on local & national data in conjunction with existing operation.
Conduct safety orientation for newly hired employees.
Conduct safety toolbox meeting regularly.
Conduct continuous awareness of ALL employees in reporting Near Misses and Unsafe Conditions.
Verify adequacy of ALL equipment to be used.
Ensure implementation of safe working procedures in ALL levels.
Submit ALL required and needed reports to HSE Supervisor
