Dr.P.S.Pasricha - Executive Chairman & Former Director General of Police, Maharashtra
Chairman of the DeRisQ group, Dr. Parischa is a Doctorate in Management Studies. In his illustrious experience of
over 38 years in serving the Indian Police Services [IPS], Dr. Parischa has held multiple key positions including that
of “Mumbai City Police Commissioner – State Intelligence”.
He has received many national and global awards which includes the prestigious Police Medal awarded by the
President of India for distinguished services and India Police Medal for meritorious services.
Zaheer Khan - Group CEO
Zaheer is the CEO of the DeRisQ Group of companies which specializes in the field of risk mitigation. He has been
associated with the industry since the early 2000s and is widely considered as on of the key authorities in this field.
Today, with Intellectual Property Rights [IPR] investigations, corporate fraud investigations and background screening
as the core business of the DeRisQ Group, Zaheer is helping clients across sectors and is shaping the careers of a team
of over 13,000 DeRisQ Group Champions.
Santosh Dharmaraj – Business Head
Santosh has over 19 years experience in operations and customer service, with a track record of building and managing
high performance teams. Santosh joined IVS in 2019 and heads the business with responsibility to achieve the Company’s
transformational goals.
Prior to IVS, Santosh has worked with background screening firms like SecureSearch and First Advantage where he
headed the operations across India. His aptitude for successfully executing operational strategies along with a keen
understanding of the background screening industry helps drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.
